What happens if something goes wrong during a session?+
Tap the SOS button in the tracking screen to instantly alert emergency services and notify our 24/7 support team. Funds are in escrow until you confirm the session went well — you have up to 24 hours post-session to raise a dispute.
How are payments handled across different currencies?+
We support USD, ZAR, BWP and ZMW. Parents pay in their local currency via card, EcoCash, MTN MoMo or bank transfer. Sitters receive payouts in their currency to their preferred payout method within 2 business days of session completion.
Can I book the same sitter repeatedly?+
Yes — favourited sitters appear at the top of your search results. You can message them directly, set a recurring booking or request them for specific dates without going through the full search flow each time.
